Dieser Gin kommt aus der Parfum Hauptstadt Grasse im Süden Frankreichs. Sowohl bei der Auswahl der Zutaten, also auch bei der Herstellung wurden Techniken aus der Parfumherstellung adaptiert. Als Botanicals kommen hier zum Beispiel Rosen, Mimosen sowie ätherische Öle von Grapefruit und Bergamotte zum Einsatz. Bei der Mazeration setzt man auf Ultraschall um so schonend wie möglich besonders viele Bestandteile zu extrahieren. Das Ergebnis ist ein Gin der mit den Aromen von Blüten und süßer Orange betört. Die Produktionsmenge ist stark limitiert, was auch an der einzigartigen Flasche liegt für die man sich hier entschieden hat. Ein Gin der alle Sinne auf höchsten Niveau anspricht. Sehen, berühren und natürlich schmecken. Einer meiner persönlichen Favoriten.
